Confidentiality

The clinic adheres to the 42 CFR-The Federal Regulations regarding confidentiality of drug and alcohol clients. Information is released only with the signed consent of the client. There are limited proscribed circumstances in which the clinic may release information without a signed consent. We have also updated our confidentiality procedures to include HIPAA regulations.
